• The Error I keep receiving when trying to submit a donation payment:

    We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the “Ask Seller a Question” link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at http://www.paypal.com.

    PAYPAL Has said everything is fine on their end.

    I have run purchases through my WooCommerce with other products on my sit using both debit card and logging into Paypal. NO problems.

    Please assist. Thank you.

    Hi @hamamasha have you set your PayPal email address under WP-Admin > Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > PayPal Standard?

    I wanted to follow-up on this since we haven’t heard back from you. Assuming your PayPal email address is entered correctly (per Devin’s instructions above), there’s a couple things I see on your site that might prove problematic.

    There’s some broken code in your header, it looks like somehow your theme is trying to insert some PHP into a Javascript function. This is most likely just some broken markup somehow, or a plugin is inserting markup into your header incorrectly.

    Regardless, I’d suggest using the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot that. It will allow you to deactivate all plugins and put your site on a default theme ONLY for yourself — your live visitors will not see that. We have a write-up on that here:

    Then you can enable plugins one at a time and test again until you see the problem again. Then let me know which plugin caused the conflict and I can take a closer look at replicating the issue for you.
