Broken permalinks – anybody else?

I have installed Bulletproof Security and experienced problem with permalinks: throwing 404 errors aftyer activation and when i have instaled my WP in subfolder, I couldn’t go after the home page, it kept throwing 404 errors no matter how much I refreshed permalinks.

Finally I found the solution: after plugin activation add htaccess security and refresh permalinks.
