Browser caching issues

Hi,

First of all, thanks a lot for this plugin 🙂

The changes I do in the custom css reflect only when I clear my browser’s cache or open the link in incognito mode. I need to clear the cache after every little change I’ve made. I’ve checked this on all major browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Even the changes I made 3 hours back are not showing up unless I clear the cache.

I’m using this plugin on my dev site and I don’t use a caching/CDN plugin there. I’ve never faced any sort of caching issue before with CSS — changes reflect instantaneously — the way it should be for a dev site.

Any tips on how to fix this?
