 * In testing my page loading speed using the Pingdom tool, its telling me that “
   Resources with a “?” in the URL are not cached by some proxy caching servers”
   and then lists about 50+ resources with ?0bb2b4 at the end of each URL. They 
   recommend to remove the query string ?0bb2b4 and encode the parameters into the
   URL to gain more speed.
    1. I like to know your thoughts on this
    2. how do I go about implementing their recommendation?
