# Browser compatibility issue

 * Hi, good morning. I am having a problem with my woo discount rule plugin. It 
   doesn’t seem to work when you first open the website. It only starts working 
   after you add a product to cart. That’s the only time the discount settings takes
   place site wide. And it also seems to work well on Firefox browser.Please help.

    If so, can you delete cache and give a try.
