 * My website shows up perfectly in firefox, but in ie the contact form shifts to
   the bottom of the site.

 * I’ve ran the w3c validator to see if something is off, but nothing pops out.
 * Any suggestions?

 * Thanks for the tip. I’ve corrected the code using html tidy. Where can I add 
   all of the code to wordpress? Does it go in header.php, index.php?

 * W3 offers I think 7 options to view validation output. Generally you need correct
   in your theme’s templates. Find the location for each error and correct that 
   error in that location. These error may or may not be just from one location 
   or one file.
 * You don’t want to mess with the core files.
