# Browser issues?

 * Hi,
 * I noticed some issues with this plugin (They may very well be my own fault); 
   for some reason, I cannot get the 360 to display properly in chrome, firefox,
   or internet explorer. Trying three other computers (two in the office, one that
   is not) yielded the same results. A friend of mine also tried to view the 360’
   s and they worked for him in every browser BUT safari (This is the opposite result
   that I had).
 * I am thoroughly confused.
 * The 360’s only appear when you toggle the “Inspect element” state. Any idea why
   that is?
 * In addition, how do you add hotspots? Using the 3DRT software, whenever I try
   to add a hotspot (either by clicking the image itself, attempting to start the
   wizard, clicking the ‘hotspot’ icons), nothing seems to happen no matter what
   I do.
 * Thank you.
 * EDIT: To be clear, the only thing that doesn’t show up is the product itself.

 * Yes, iframe=false does not work.
