 * I have updated all my browsers
 * IE 9
    Google Chrome Firefox
 * still there is problem
 * on IE9 the thumbnails scroll but don’t work when click on it
    on Firefox the 
   thumbnails clicks but don’t scroll on Google Chrome both works
 * any suggestions

 * Hi,
    your problem sounds like a javascript problem. You can deactivate your other
   plugins and check it. If the problem disappears, a other not well programmed 
   plugin is the reason. Use step by step reactivation of plugins to detect the

 * So, the Problem is, that your thumbnails are destroyed. For example this could

 * But I think the guys from the nextgen gallery forum can help you.

 * … hm you can also try to rename your images with english names befor uploading.
   Also there could be a problem with right to left text and so on…
