 * as shown in picture above i want appointment to be 1hr and after each appointment
there should be gap of 30min which means **8am-9am, 9:30am-10:30am, 11am-12am,
12:30am-1:30am** but buffer time doesnt work at all, and why buffer time is strict
to 30minutes min why cant we go below 30min like 20min,15min,10min

 * Hello there!  Sorry for the delayed response and thank you for your interest
in our Appointment Booking plugin.First of all, I would like to inform you that
there’s a plugin functionality that allows you to set different booking buffers.
But the plugin uses the value of the option called “Default Time Step”, which
can be set in the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Appointments > Settings.
By default, it’s set to 30 minutes, but by changing the default time step you
can change the list of available increments in different plugin sections. Just
keep in mind that the list of available timeslots on the front end will be changed
according to the default time step too. As for the buffer times, please be informed
that they apply to the actual bookings only. The list of available timeslots
can’t and shouldn’t be affected if there are no bookings between them. So in
this case, you can try to add a booking for some timeslots and then check how
other timeslots for the same date will be affected.
