 * The module is no longer working properly. If I use “send a test email” from the
   customization options, my design arrives correctly by email. However, if I use
   my contact form (CF7), the emails arrive without the design.

 * I found the solution. I had to disable sending via HTML in CF7. This must have
   been causing a conflict since a CF7 or Email Template update.
