 * I closed one ticket after upgrading to 4.8.4 and now it is auto-selected “close
   ticket” in dropdown when replying to tickets. I replied to two other tickets 
   that I wanted to remain open, but they closed upon reply on accident. Now I can’t
   find them in “closed” tickets list, they have disappeared.

 * Thanks Travis. I missed it because I was working with only closed tickets on 
   my test site. It was a quick and simple mistake and the same can be said for 
   the fix. Version 4.8.5 is out now and resolves the issue. Thanks again.

 * Those tickets that accidentally got closed, are they deleted then now? They are
   not showing up after the patch.
