Bug : Ad is repeating twice

Found a strange plugin behavior. When I use below content or after content ad placement ad shows without repetition but when I use display ad after 3 paragraphs or images it repeats ads i.e. it shows first ad after 3rd image and same ad code repeats below the next image. I am using Newspaper theme. Could be a great plugin if it really works!
