# Bug: broken design

 * On my Android phone the toolbar of the Flipbook went separate below (about one
   screen) the PDF and appeared broken:

 * The css file is missing there. Are you minifying or combining the Css. Try disabling
   such cache/minify plugin to confirm.

 * Turning off “Optimize CSS” of PhastPress does not help.

 * Hi,
 * I am not sure what plugin you are using but. The whole CSS is combined with the
   HTML. It is not able to combine the CSS properly, the CSS is missing.
 * Please confirm such features from those plugin work properly before using them.
   Please disable such features or plugin to prevent issues.

 * I’ve turned off Optimize CSS, Minify HTML, Minify inline scripts and JSON.
 * Could you now check again?

 * Hi,
 * Nope still same. Can you try disabling the optimization plugin and check. You
   can also confirm that your self.
 * Also report it to the [https://wordpress.org/plugins/phastpress/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/phastpress/)
   that there is such issue when merging CSS from other plugins.
