I have a problem with the plugin that sends abandoned carts by email, which occurred after installing LightSpeed Cache.

I used the plugin “YITH WooCommerce Recover Abandoned Cart” and the following occurs:

The cart/checkout is abandoned after entering the email, until an abandoned cart is generated in the plugin listing, but without details, an error is generated, without listing the product or without listing any product option. Below, we have a standard WordPress error message.

But I want to emphasize that this occurred after activating LS. I did several tests deactivating/activating, including some routine cart information, but nothing works. The automatic emails are not being sent due to this error.

I would like support, when to include a script, something in the LS settings so that it can work normally again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

In the last few hours, I’ve done several other tests… including reinstalling the Yith plugin. Apparently it’s working again. Even so, here’s the report number generated now: 5:23PM

Since I’m still monitoring the last adjustments, I’ll wait until tomorrow. If it’s ok, I’ll leave it like that. If it fails, I’ll test it with your suggestion. This could be a positive change, which you recommended.

I’ll bring you new updates soon.
