# Bug columns | QuadMenu

 * Hello, for some time now it has been impossible to edit the columns of my quad
   menu I don’t know why, my theme is managed by Divi otherwise there is nothing
   special.
 * I arrive from base on the “Default” tab but I can’t access “General”, “Icon”,“
   Background”, “Width” and “Columns”.
 * does anyone have an idea?

 * I didn’t see anything in the apache logs unless there was a special log console
   for quadmenu?
 * On the other hand I noticed that the email and the license key have disappeared
   so I tried to put them back but here is the message indicated: “Status: Error–(
   An error occurred, please try again)”…

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
