# Bug database?

 * Is there a more official bug database for reporting issues, or is this forum 
   essentially it? Just curious.

 * We have been through the discussion before, and until WP dev reaches a critical
   mass, the support forums is the bug tracker, so to speak. Right now, devs just
   look at the posts here that describe problems and try to solve them one at a 
   time for the next nightly build. The reasons for not having a bug tracking system
   is that maintaining that will be a pain, and as of now, the resources are lacking.

 * I’ve used [ Mantis ](http://www.mantisbt.org/) and it only takes a few min. to
   set up. Are you needing a volunteer? 🙂
