 * Fix Last Active Time…In bbpress 2.6.x last active time for sub forums may not
   work correctly all the time
 * Does this option under “bug fixes” replace the need for the added plugin that
   fixes forums freshness? or is this another fix? Also changlog is not showing 
   latest build changes for the plugin on wordpress download page only shows 4.5.2
   not 4.5.3

 * yes it replaces the need for additional plugin.
 * Changelog – the top of the two entries saying 4.5.2 should read 4.5.3
