* Hello,
When a user download a file, we receive a confirmation e-mail with clients
informations (name, society etc..) In this message I have: Société : *** Prénom:***
Nom : *** E-mail : **e-mailThe** downloaded file name(s):
* The part “emailThe” is in one word, so the link of the e-mail applies to all
of it. I don’t know if I can correct it on my side or if it’s a bug?

* Thanks for reaching out. We are not sure if we are understanding the issue you
are experiencing correctly. Are you stating that the link in the email is invalid
because it attaches “E-mailTHe” before the link? Also if you could provide us
with the following just to verify the plugin is configured correctly? Could you
maybe provide more info such as the URLS that are experiencing issues?
* 1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully 3. Shortcode
and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing/succeeding

Yes, the link in the e-mail is invalid because “EmailThe” is attached.
I think this part is included automatically in the plugin because I can’t find
any personalization for this confirmation e-mail (so the shortcode you asked
doesn’t match with this e-mail).

* Are you using a plugin for receiving a confirmation e-mail with client information(
name, society etc..)? Because EBD does not send a confirmation email with the
following details? Asking this question to possibly determine if that is causing
the issue.

Thanks for your answer. Ok, I thought the confirmation was sent from
EBD. I don’t know which plugin send this because I can’t find any option in the
following: contact form 7 and download monitor.Do you have an idea?

* Sorry, but since it is not coming from our plugin we cannot be positive. I would
suggest maybe reaching out to CF7 and the Download monitor and asking about a
confirmation email being sent. If you have any other questions in regards to
our plugin please let us know.
