Bug in new update

Hi there, I installed your update today and it broke the scale bar on my map http://pedalmonkeycycles.com/contact-us/ I have reinstalled it but it’s still the same. I haven’t changed anything else on my site except for your map. I noticed you don’t list your previous versions, could you email me the previous version to [Redacted] Thank you very much.
