# Bug in Plugin

 * In the Pro version a bug in an update caused the FBT items tp show all over the
   shop and categories pages. This caused all my customers to leave my site for 
   2 weeks without me noticing. Customer support reply was that its my problem since
   I used the plugin for 2 years.

 * But it seems that you have skipped so many versions of our plugin updates or 
   made some sudden major changes on your site. The issue with product display is
   often triggered by a conflict with the theme or template. Since themes/templates
   might restrict or misplace products on certain positions.
 * It is not about how long you have been using our plugin, but the combination 
   of plugins or settings on your site might have changed over a long period of 
   time. For expired licenses, we can only offer limited support regarding third-
   party conflicts. It is not easy to fix the compatibility issues when new elements
   are introduced into the game.
 * We hope that you could reach back to your ticket on Ticksy and discuss further
   with our developers to troubleshoot this. If you could provide more details about
   the changes or behaviours from your observation, it would be useful.
