# Bug: inserting multiple rows

 * **Bug: There is no way to insert multiple lines in a table. Lines can only be
   inserted one at a time.**

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Indeed, inserting (i.e. getting a new row in between existing rows) is (and has
   been) only possible with one row at a time. It is however possible to append 
   more than one row at a time to the end of the table.
 * The next release of TablePress will feature keyboard shortcuts to easily move
   rows up and down or columns left and right. This will even be possible for multiple
   rows/columns at once, so that this method could be used to get multiple new empty
   rows in between existing rows.

 * Why not just insert the same number of rows as the “add rows” parameter? This
   would be consistent and wouldn’t a new UI element.

 * thanks for that suggestion! I’ll look into that!
   This could be possible, but 
   would need a bit of UI element shuffling on the screen, due to the positioning
   of the buttons.
