# Bug – not loading

 * Hello
 * Please help me fast. Elementor is not loading. I tried to deactivate all plugins
   and activate standard theme but still not working.

 * Thank you for contacting us. I understand your concern and can assure you we’re
   going to do our best to help you.
 * Kindly perform the below troubleshooting steps, and feel free to skip what you
   already tried:
 * To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate 
   all your plugins (besides Elementor & Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If 
   it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t
   help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.
 * Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your
   WordPress Dashboard, then make sure that you clear:
 * your WP cache (your WP plugin if you have one),
    your server cache (if you have
   one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider), and your browser cache.
