Bug on “wp-data-access-premium-latest” plugin

    Hello,

    Recently, i activated 14 days free trial to acces premium Dashboard/widgets& charts.

    But on this version, i can’t rename/delete & share dashboard to other users roles even to use the Query Builder.

    Is That a bug or do we need to purchase a premium version?

    Hi @firaskeskes,

    Do you see any error messages when trying to rename/delete a dashboard?

    We tested renaming a dashboard on our own environment and were able to do so.

    Could you share a screenshot of what you see/encounter when trying to access the features you mentioned above?

    I try to deactivated all plugins, but the issue persist

    Query Builder doesn’t work
    Save & share widgets also

    Hi @firaskeskes,

    Thanks for the video!

    It seems you still have the free version of WP Data Access activated.

    Please deactivate it, and then install the premium version instead.

    You should have received an email with a link to download the premium version.
