 * I used managewp.com to duplicate a site which had the keys setup properly, to
   a new domain. On the new domain, I was able to login with the previous domain
   auth code. How do I reset this?

 * I assume this is referring to the time based one-time passwords (TOTP), right?
 * The shared secret for [those is stored](https://github.com/WordPress/two-factor/blob/cf55e92bef8f44ffeed2d4f144dc177a4cb742ca/providers/class-two-factor-totp.php#L18)
   in the user meta `_two_factor_totp_key` and duplicating those values will keep
   the codes working.
 * The value must be deleted in order to invalidate the key which can be done in
   the user profile by using the “Reset Key” button.
