Bug? Truncation before Spinning

Seems like the message is truncated (due to length limits) before it is spun. So you get truncated messages that are well within the length limits (due to the length of spinning options) and also you see “{” characters in the post/tweet.

Solution: truncation should happen AFTER spinning.
