Bug upon category rules

Hey, we’re using category based rules just like “Buy at least products from category A and get a discount (on just these items) of about 15%”.
However, the filter triggers correctly. But the discount is not for all products (of category A). Just one item is discounted.
Image you’d add Product 1 to cart and Product 2. Both of them belong to category A. Then the discount is just being applied for either Product 1 or Product 2. But not for both of them.
How do we fix that issue?
