Bug: When ELV selected only Translation

    Hi,

    when ELV is selected only in the paymill-settings and no credit-cards, the credit-card button will show up in the checkout any way.

    Second problem is that I cannot get the string „You can pay with:“ translated. Tried every possible .po translations without success.

    Just tried the new update 1.3.1 but still no success with these two points.
