# bug with Jetpack usage

 * I believe I have found a bug with the recent upgrade to WP 4.8.1. With Jetpack
   v 5.2.1 activated, the HTML visual editor is disabled in edit preview. The plugin
   still displays properly on the website, but it is not possible to edit anything
   with the visual tab. When I disable Jetpack everything functions properly. I 
   have updated everything to current versions, don’t know if this is bug for Jetpack
   or Black Studio.

 * I am aware of this issue, which should be fixed on Jetpack side.
    I also posted

 * Not resolved as far as I can tell. Same problem for me and only plugin that causes
   hang is Jetpack, which is less than ideal, much as I love the widget.

 * I work with Marco to prove that TinyMCE is not the source of the problem,
    but
   the Jetpack update is the likely cause of the problem that is still there on5
   of my sites.

   One of the JetPack contributors posted a mini-plugin to disable the grunion editor
   view, which is the source of the issue.
