Bug wordpress 3.0

Hi.

When create a permalink for one page whitch, example, “¿dudas sobre la electricidad?”, worpress generate this url:

http://www.220v.es/¿dudas-sobre-electricidad/

Then the permalink not found, the correct url is:

http://www.220v.es/dudas-sobre-electricidad/
