# Buggered upgrade

   9 I have copied in the location for the file but no go. This is my 5th upgrade
   sequentially, and the first one that’s messed up. The CSS that I was using wasn’t
   being read, even when I copied the path as before. Any clues? I’ll give WP one
   more go, but to be honest I don’t think this is ready for the simple user like
   myself and the community that I am in. We just want to blog with the minimum 
   of fuss, and I almost got there, but not quite. May be this would have been better
   in feedback….

 * The file “wp-blog-header.php” is usually in the same place as your index.php –
   it looks like you may have inadvertently put your index.php in the wp-admin directory.
   
   Try moving your index.php file to /home/jinsan/public_html/word You might want
   to replace the index.php in /home/jinsan/public_html/word/wp-admin with the one
   from the distribution as well. Let me know if that fixes it.

 * Done all of the above, did it before as well, I think I may need to do a fresh
   install, if that’s the case, I’ll be changing blogging tools. I’ve tried all 
   the obvious things, and the option mentioned seems to be the only path. Stuff
   happens, no big deal I guess.
