• I had trouble with the plugin not accepting some of the settings I chose. The footer text would not stay with the text I entered, and when I deactivated the plugin, it would not fully remove itself and my pages still show up in a mobile format. I wish I had never installed it.

  • Sorry you had problems with WPtouch, but what you describe is almost always because a cache plugin was enabled but not configured for use with WPtouch. In that scenario the cache plugin sometimes caches a desktop page (when a desktop person views the website), and sometimes a mobile page (when a mobile user views the page). The end result is that you get the wrong format periodically as you described.

    The solution to this is to configure the cache plugin so that it works with WPtouch.
