 * This plugin looks basically good with lot of nice and easy to use functionalities.

   The design is unique and despite a small issue with date widget (seems there
   some kind of issue with string Month format) is one of the best timeline plugins
   for WP I found around. It would deserve a 5 stars rating but I will stay on 4
   because of this really really strange date issue.

 * Hi [@fab01](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fab01/),
 * Thanks for your feedback. As you can see from our support forums here on the
   WordPress.org repository ([https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/timeline-express/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/timeline-express/))
   we are very receptive, and respond to all of our support requests.
 * We also respond to all of the emails we receive in regards to support, even though
   that is not the correct avenue for support.
 * I don’t see your username show up on the .org forums, nor do I see your name
   show up in our support ticketing system, or even in our inbox at all. So I’m
   not sure where you sent your support tickets or questions, but we have not received
   any (which might explain why they went unanswered).
 * At any rate, thanks again for taking the time to leave us a review. We hope you
   have a wonderful rest of your day!
 * p.s The timeline on your site looks and works awesome! Great work!

 * Hi [@codeparrots](https://wordpress.org/support/users/codeparrots/),
 * thanks for reply.
    Yes, it looks working great because I finally figured out
   how to temporary fix the all issues mentioned above (and in a ticket on the support
   forum as well). Actually the problem with date widget is still there but not
   visible cause, in order to make it work, I have switched the default WP language
   to English. That’s not a big issue, if you don’t mind to use WP with English
   default language, but it’ll be as soon as your customer will need to use another
   language.
 * Concerning the Front (CSS/JS) You should make some test with announcements’ snippets
   with different length in content (texts and images) because if you have appreciable
   differences the the divs’ disposition will be f**ked up. If you see the example
   on my web page (custom theme built on top of Bootstrap) you will notice that
   all divs’ have more or less the same height… temporary fix as I said before.
 * Anyway I’m really happy to find your reaction here.
    This can be a very good
   confrontation ground to improve the plugin and finally fix those annoying bugs.
