# BugHerd Sidebar

 * Hi,
 * I’ve configured BugHerd sidebar to load for the administrator user level, but
   after logging out of the site and back in the sidebar no longer displays. How
   do I resolve the issue without having to reset the settings every-time to load
   the sidebar again.

 * Settings are one time process and you do not need to specify settings every time
   you logged in.
 * Is it possible for you to send us the screenshot of your BugHerd settings page?

 * The BugHerd sidebar does not show up in Firefox 22.0. In Chrome everything is
   as expected. How can I resolve this?
