I can see however other issues: – your theme seems to call the wp_head() function in a wrong way, placing codes that belong to the into the – you placed the Google Global Site Tag into your GTM account but this is not necessary. You should either use GTM and the native Univeral Analytics tag or not use GTM and use the gtag.js tracking code.
