# Bugs – Issues

 * **Hello Support, Hello everybody**
 * On **May 5th, 2021** I submitted a support request and sent numerous pictures
   that described numerous bugs. I have not yet received an answer still now. The
   organization of the support seems to work little or not at all.
 * However, when I see that other websites work as a whole, I have to ask myself
   whether the documentation and the information given there about the requirements(
   server / web hosting) are correct. I have the feeling that different Directorist
   extensions collide with each other and therefore different bugs are triggered.
   E.g. not specified that if a customer does not enter a picture in his listing,
   the distances between the entry are completely shifted and overlaps occur in 
   the header area of ​​the listing preview. Neither is it documented anywhere how
   individual extensions work with one another. Compare Listing is installed with
   me, for example, and is also displayed as a plugin, I can also set something 
   in the dashboard. But that’s about it. In the page setups, I can no longer set
   anything for Compare Listing, since the page is missing here. There is an overlap
   in the case of single listing. the map cannot be seen here and instead the entry
   overlaps with the footer area, so that both are on top of each other.
 * So it would be nice if I could get the script to run so slowly. For this, however,
   the support would have to try to contact me so that we can find a solution together

 * I am no expert and I am not part of support..
 * Some of the issues sound like template issues rather than script issues. This
   may be why others do not see them.
 * You could change the template (keep the old one of course and see how it looks
   with a new template. I have three websites using Directorist and I use the Sydney
   free theme available via WordPress admin
