# Bulk optimization – image count changing

 * Hello,
    we’ve installed the plugin on our website [https://www.laluceragusa.it/](https://www.laluceragusa.it/)
   and we are trying to calculate the total amount of images to be optimized.
 * Anyway, when the plugin calculates the total image, we always get a different
   total (from da 144.000 images to 386 images).
 * Any idea why?

 * No idea how that is possible without selecting different numbers of images from
   the media library. You should get the same number every time. Could you provide
   screenshots of these varying totals pleasse?

 * I’ve tried several times now, but I always get 344 images to be optimized.
 * This is really strange, as in “Starting point” screenshot you can see there are
   18.513 uploaded items.
 * Maybe some memory limit? Plugin conflict? Can you please check directly? We need
   to activate the cloud plugin.
