# Bulk points import functionality

 * I am trying to import bulk points/achievements with CSV. It is saying that successfully
   uploaded, but there is no change on points.

 * I would be more than happy to assist you today.
 * This is something that is working, the most common error when importing is that
   it is not in the correct format.
 * In the correct format, all the fields must have quotation marks (“”), being such
   that:
 * “User” (ID, username or email), “Points”, “Points Type (slug)”, “Log Description(
   Optional)”, “Notes (This column won’t be processed by the tool)”.
 * Many times what happens is that Excel does not quote the first field (User ID),
   but this is something that can be disabled in Excel.
