# Bulk processing does not work properly

 * I installed Shortpixel on a new website, but unfortunately the ‘Bulk process’
   feature does not work. I get an error saying: ‘File was not downloaded due to
   access restrictions’. When I process images on an individual basis, the plugin
   does work.
