 * hello I’ve used other self-hosted products and they Don’t seem to work on my 
   shared hosting provider, things tend to crash and have issues so I want to understand
   regarding your plug-in if I wish just in bulk 100,000 messages how is your plugin
   handling such a task on a cheaper share server and approximately how long does
   it take to offload in this example 100,000 messages to the SMS gateway Twilio

 * So, basically, our main concern is dealing with a large number of bulk API call
   requests, which could lead to time-out issues.
 * To address this, we plan to use a queue manager system like **WP Background Processing**
   or **Action Scheduler**. This will help us efficiently handle the bulk requests
   and avoid any time-out problems
