# Bulk Upload Issue

 * We’re having issues with the bulk upload function. We use Woocommerce Sequential
   Order Numbers Pro for our order numbers and have an active license for the Tracking
   Per Item Add-on.
 * When uploading a CSV we’re faced with the issue “Failed – Invalid Order Id – 
   ORDER NUMBER”. We’ve tried defining the order number column as ‘order_id’ and‘
   order_number’, neither was successful.
 * Woocommerce Sequential Order Numbers is listed as a supported plugin, is the 
   issue that we’re using the Pro version?

 * Hi, yes, the WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers free and pro are supported.
 * You should use the same CSV headers as in the sample file and use the custom 
   order numbers created by the WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro plugin.
   
   Please make sure you use the updated version of both plugins.
 * If you still get an error contact through the premium support forum of Tracking
   Per Item Add-on.
