    Looks like you have a pure Nginx server and not Nginx and Apache: http://builtwith.com/babycareatoz.com

    Go to the BPS System Info page and post this information about your server/website:

    Hi,

    I have verified with my hosting provider and confirmed that it having both nginx and apache. Nginx is in front and apache on backend.

    Also, I am unable to post on BPS System Info page as you suggest. It is read only page.

    Please help.

    Go to the BPS System Info page and copy this information about your server/website and post it in this forum.

    Server Type: Apache/2.2.22 (Debian)
    Operating System: Linux
    WP Filesystem API Method: direct
    Server API: apache2handler – Your Host Server is using DSO

    Ok your server is compatible and the WP Filesystem API Method is: direct.
    Check the BPS Security Log. Do you see any log entries for what is not working? What exactly is not working? Be as technically specific as possible. Example: plugin X is not working. The X that is displayed below the slider is not working. What is X? be as specific as possible.

    FYI – when i look at the Source Code of this website it is a nightmare. You have 3 different CDN’s and the Source Code is very mangled – it looks like the Source Code is being minified and it looks very, very bad.

    Describe what is not displaying properly in detail. When i view your website i do not see anything unusual.

    Also you have an old version of BPS 50.8 installed on that site. Please upgrade to the current version 51.4.
