So you can get to the Setup Wizard page by clicking the Setup Wizard link on the WordPress Plugins page, but you do not see any BPS plugin menus in the left hand WordPress navigational menus correct?
Try deactivating all of your other plugins one by one to see if another plugin is causing this issue. Also I believe if you are close to using your maximum memory limit on your site then this type of problem can occur. ie your maximum memory limit is 64M and you are using pretty much all of that memory already. So when you try to load additional things like plugins then since your memory is maxed out those things do not load/display. Your memory limit should be set to a minimum of 128M. Anything less than that and you will run into random issues and problems on your site. Your host can increase your memory limit if you ask them to do that for you. This is assuming that that is the issue/problem.

Hi,
I spoke with my webhost and had a look and my memory is fine, it has been working fine for 3+ years until the last update.

Ok great. So how about deactivating other plugins to see if another plugin is causing this issue/problem? Let me know what happens.

Adding a timestamp for tracking (sanity) purposes.

Is the issue/problem still occurring or is it resolved? Have you deactivated other plugins to see if another plugin is causing the problem?

Hi,
It was a clash between your last update and a custom plugin, the developer of the other plugin fixed it somehow.
This can be marked as solved.

Great! Thanks for confirming that the issue/problem had to do with another plugin.

Well it was to do with both plugins really, if I reverted your plugin to the last one it works fine but his change makes your new one work too so not sure what was going on.

Yep that is what I meant. There was a conflict of some sort between the 2 plugins. What that conflict was does not really matter as long as whatever was causing the conflict has now been fixed. 😉
