• Hi,

Found your plugin and it seems great. However, it didnt work as i hoped.

We recieve orders via API and the bundles seem to be treated as single products.

Example for a pack of 1 product in quantity 3x.

    – The bundle sku stock quantity is decreased, but the individual items stock isnt decreased.
    – In order the bundle is treated as single product, not bundle. Quantity shows “1”, not quantity according to bundle.

Getting the quantity reduced properly would be the most important. Any ideas? Im guessing the API creation of the order is the issue

    Best Regards

    Hi @nikeri

By default, the bundle stock quantity will be calculated from bundled products. You can enable Manage stock at bundle level here https://www.screencast.com/t/JVoGuoMr

Can you also explain more about the API application you’re using? So, I can help you check it first.

    Hi,

    These are my settings

Dont they mean the stock will decrease by 3 when 1 bundle is purchased? Should i tick the “enable Manage stock at bundle level” to achieve this?

Regarding API the orders are created from marketplaces such as ebay through a plugin. The stock quantity is decreased as normal for standard products

I think perhaps i have misunderstood the functions of the plugin.

If i lower item quantity (SKU1) – Bundle quantity is re-calculated
If i lower bundle quantity (3x SKU1) – Single item quantity isnt reduced.

Can the plugin reduce the single item quantity (item in bundle) when bundle is sold? What setting am i missing?
