Hello, I did read your post here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-to-configure-the-stock/.

However, our site is experiencing an issue where if a bundle is made of x2 products .ie. product A + product B. Product A is out of stock but the bundle in shop loop shows as in stock.

This is also causing issues with items uploaded to market places as the bundles are being listed as in-stock when in fact only Product B of the bundle is in stock and Product A is out of stock.

Is there a way to resolve this please without the need for manual intervention.

The link I have provided shows part of the bundle out of stock, however, the actual product bundle itself says “2 in stock” when it should say “out of stock”.

I hope there is a simple solution.

    Thank you 🙂

Ok so I read the “how to configure stock” post again, I see there is only 2 stock options, both of which are manual.. So does this mean it is not possible to have bundles show a dynamic stock status which reflects stock of bundled products stock status.

I hope this is not true as the plugin would not be useful if all bundles had to be manually marked as in or out of stock.

Please can you confirm either way so we know how to fix the issue or remove plugin.

    Thank you

    Hi @furnituresuppliesuk ,
Normally, when any of the single/variable products (those which have stock management enabled in Product data) added to a bundle as bundled items, the stock management for the bundle will be automatically enabled. If this doesn’t work properly on your site, as you described, then it might have been caused by the incompatibility with another third-party plugin or theme. Our developers might need to check the codes of your site to be sure.
As the issue you encountered is a technical one, kindly contact our developer directly via this page and give them a detailed description of your issue, they will help you with specific instructions on this.
Since you’ll contact our Support Forum, I’ll mark this thread as Resolved here. Kindly follow up on your submitted ticket on Ticksy.
    Best regards.
