Button Click Event is Not Working

    I set up an event as a lead and to trigger on a CSS selector. I have two set up for each button on my site. The selectors I am using are: et_pb_promo_button et_pb_button (1st button) and et_pb_button et_pb_button_0 et_pb_module et_pb_bg_layout_light (second button pricing section).

    When I go to the pixel section in ads Manager/Power Editor, I am not able to find the event anywhere. Also, when I try to create a custom conversion or audiences from these events they do not appear as options.

    I have no way of verifying this event with the Pixel Helper plugin as the button takes you to an offsite URL.

    I would greatly appriciate any input or support regarding this manner.

    Hi,

    I checked in your website and I see the event fired properly after clicking on “Schedule Now” button, the one with the classes you mentioned. The event tracked is “Lead” and I see it in Pixel Helper.

    Have you already fixed?
