 * While I was trying to customize the theme buttons under “Customizing ▸ General
   ▸ Buttons”, I changed the **Min Height** value, but there is no update on the
   interface. Maybe this is a bug, or I’m missing something. Please let me know
   how to make it work.
 * I think this setting is only related to the buttons in the header menu, as it
   was the only button that reflected color changes. So, my question: how to define
   the styling for all the buttons in the site? Is it at Blocksy level or at Stackable
   level?
 * I’m using Blocksy with Stackable.
 * Thank you in advance.

 * Hello [@joe16](https://wordpress.org/support/users/joe16/)
 * The Customiser -> General -> Buttons place affects only the buttons that haven’t
   been customised individually beforehand and buttons that are part of the core
   WordPress software, such as “post comment”.
 * Still, some of these options will not apply automatically, since they would be
   duplicates to options that can be found for each individual button, right inside
   the builder.
 * In your specific case – min height – the option will only apply to the “default”
   header button as well as other buttons such as “post comment”, “add to cart”
   and so on.
 * Hope this clears things up!
 * Thanks.

 * Hello [@cteduard](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cteduard/),
 * Thank you for quick reply.
 * OK, so as you said: in your specific case – min height – the option will only
   apply to the “default” header. But it is not the case, by default it is set to
   40, I increased it to 100, but it doesn’t change the button display, please check
   the following screenshot:

 * Regarding the button styling, as you see I have picked the agency starter template,
   and I want to apply a new style for all the buttons. What would the correct way
   to do it?
 * Thank you in advance.

 * Hello [@joe16](https://wordpress.org/support/users/joe16/)
 * The customisation does not _apply_ to the header button, because it isn’t set
   to the “default” size in this demo. It is set to medium, which overwrites the
   sizing option.
 * From the Customiser -> General -> Buttons place you will be able to control all
   buttons colours and shape.
 * To further customise them, such as changing the size, you will simply need to
   use the normal page editor and edit away. 🙂
 * Thanks.

 * Hello [@cteduard](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cteduard/),
 * Thank you very much for your explanation. You are right, when I changed the header
   button to “default” (from the header setup), the min height change took place.
   I also checked buttons from the WordPress core and it works.
 * I was misled by the information that Blocksy works best with Stackable, so I
   was expecting that the button styling will be applied on Stackable buttons (since
   they are the ones used when importing a theme, instead of buttons from the WordPress
   core). So I guess, in order to apply global button styling, I have to check how
   to do it through Stackable. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
 * Thank you for prompt replies!

 * Hi again, [@cteduard](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cteduard/),
 * Just to complete my last reply.
 * What is the best Gutenberg plugin that works with Blocksy (that may take into
   consideration theme customization, like button styling in this case), to avoid
   doing the work twice?
 * Through my research, I found Stackable, is it the case? If not, what is recommended
   to use?
 * Are you planning to create your own blocks plugin?
 * Looking forward to your reply. Thank you in advance.

 * Hello [@joe16](https://wordpress.org/support/users/joe16/)
 * The button styling depends on how these are handled by the editor of choice.
   It seems that Stackable might’ve added some new CSS along the way to control
   their buttons right from the editor.
 * All Gutenberg-based editors will take the theme’s styling into consideration,
   but some might add additional CSS to stylise their blocks, according to their
   design vision.
 * We do plan to get our own blocks library product out on the market, but that
   will come at a later date as things are still under development. We’ll announce
   everyone once that’s ready.
 * Thanks!

 * Hello [@cteduard](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cteduard/),
 * Thank you very much for your help and support.
 * I did some tests based on what you have explained.
 * As you said, other Gutenberg blocks should work with the theme. But in order
   to take advantage of the starter sites, I have to use Stackable, otherwise the
   CSS that comes with the starter site will be gone, and we keep only the content.
   So there is a strong coupling between Blocksy starter sites and Stackable. Thus,
   in order to take advantage of the starter sites, I will have to use Stackable.
   And If I want to use other Gutenberg blocks, I have to start from scratch. Please
   correct me if I’m in the wrong path.
 * Looking forward to your reply. Thank you in advance.

 * Hello [@joe16](https://wordpress.org/support/users/joe16/)
 * You can mix and match Gutenberg blocks from any provider. This means you can
   add any other Gutenberg plugin on top of what’s already offered with Stackable
   and continue building on top of what’s already there.
 * Indeed, the base for the starter sites must stay as Stackable, but anything else
   can be added on top.
 * Thanks!
