 * If you scroll to the footer, you’ll see “Service Request”. This contact form 
   should pop-up, like it has before. If you scroll to the header the Mega Menu “
   Service Request” pops up with no issue. Not sure what’s blocking this from populating
   but any guidance would be appreciated, happy to donate to the plugin.
