# Button Hover State

 * Could anyone please help me. I am having trouble with the hover state on my menu.
   I want the ‘highlight colour’ to fill the whole button like it does on this site,(
   see grey highlights on main menu) using only CSS (no images).

 * On my site, the highlight colour (dark green) only highlights to the width of
   the word and I can figure out why?

 * Similar, though I think maybe my previous post didn’t describe the problem correctly,
   so I thought I’d try and make a more coherent post.
 * I haven’t received any resplies to the initial post, which led me to beleive

 * It sounds like you need urgent support and volunteer-based forums like WordPress.
   org aren’t the way to go for that. Sometimes threads don’t get answered at all.
   Try [WP Jobs](http://jobs.wordpress.net) or [CodePoet](http://directory.codepoet.com)
   for paid support.
