    I have this button set on 2 websites and they are both having differnet layout

   <– Buttons are not evenly spread out (some changes to button default width) [http://thinkchangegrow.com/category/leadership-2/](http://thinkchangegrow.com/category/leadership-2/)
   <– G+ button dropped and buttons not evenly space out (no chanegs to deafult 
   button with)
 * Any help appreciated
