after creating the auction and configuring the options according to the instructions, unfortunately the PLACE BID button does not work.

Hi @siouyo1 ,

We looked at your video and we also browsed through your “Auction Product Detail” page and we had observed a console error.

The link has 2 screenshots:

1. Console Error
2. Code responsible for console Error.

This error is not related to our plugin but due to this console error, the “Place Bid” button is not functioning. We would suggest you to check the second screenshot as it suggests the name of the plugin responsible. You can deactivate that plugin and check again.

If that does not solve your problem then you can provide following information to us and we will try to replicate this problem in-house:

1. Is the theme you are using a paid theme?

2. Please share what plugin do you think is producing that error. One by one, please deactivate other plugin installed on your website and see if this error goes away. When you find the plugin on whose deactivation, this error goes away, then please share with us the plugin name so that we can test ourselves and check the issue.
